Position Overview: As a Community Manager at Cyprus Games, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for cultivating and nurturing our player community. You will play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive environment, driving engagement, and ensuring that our players feel heard and valued. This role requires a strong understanding of community dynamics, excellent communication skills, and a passion for gaming.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Community Engagement:
    • Foster a sense of belonging and community among players through active participation in forums, social media, and other community platforms.
    • Respond to player inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
  2. Content Creation:
    • Generate engaging and relevant content for social media channels, forums, and other community platforms.
    • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop content that resonates with the community.
  3. Event Planning and Execution:
    • Plan and organize community events, tournaments, and livestreams to enhance player engagement.
    • Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful execution of events and promotions.
  4. Community Advocacy:
    • Act as the voice of the community within the company, conveying player feedback, concerns, and suggestions to relevant teams.
    • Advocate for the community’s interests and contribute to decisions that impact the player experience.
  5. Moderation and Conflict Resolution:
    • Oversee community moderators and ensure that forums, social media, and other platforms adhere to community guidelines.
    • Address conflicts, disputes, and inappropriate behavior in a diplomatic and constructive manner.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Community Manager in the gaming or entertainment industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with players.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, forums, and community management tools.
  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming culture.
