Position Overview:<\/strong> As a QA Tester at Cyprus Games, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality standards of our gaming products. You will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and reporting defects, as well as working closely with the development team to deliver polished and bug-free games to our players.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Test Planning and Execution:<\/strong>\n

    • Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and features.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for various game components.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Execute test cases to identify and document defects, ensuring a thorough evaluation of gameplay, functionality, and performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Defect Reporting and Documentation:<\/strong>\n

      • Clearly and concisely document identified defects, providing detailed steps to reproduce issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and timely resolution of reported defects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Maintain detailed records of testing activities and results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Regression Testing:<\/strong>\n

        • Conduct thorough regression testing to verify that reported issues have been successfully resolved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Identify potential regression risks and communicate them to the development team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Collaboration and Communication:<\/strong>\n

          • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to ensure a unified approach to quality assurance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Communicate effectively with team members to provide status updates, highlight potential risks, and contribute to a collaborative and positive work environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Performance and Compatibility Testing:<\/strong>\n

            • Conduct performance testing to assess the game\u2019s stability and responsiveness under different conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Test the game across various platforms and devices to ensure compatibility and a consistent user experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • Previous experience as a QA Tester in the gaming industry is highly desirable but not required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Knowledge of gaming platforms, consoles, and mobile devices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
